The show's producers had them designed and they were actually made in a very, very small batch. I wouldn't be surprised if there were only two or three of the blue ones and one of the custom "Turtle" shoes. They were given away as a prize when the producers held a contest for the extras on the show that day, many of which are actual sneakerheads in LA. They posted on Hypebeast, NikeSB.org etc asking for people to line up outside UNDFTD and a couple people got a pair. You can check out the art on the shoes at http://www.fukijama.com/.
