		<description>Even after the update, aren&#039;t your downloaded apps shown in iTunes? You can just tick off the ones you want reinstalled again. 

As for useful apps, it really depends on paid vs free apps. Those useless apps are just free novelty items for little giggles. Facebook, Google Mobile, Corus Radio, Fring, Urbanspoon, Shazam, Movies, 1Password, ScoreMobile, The Hockey News, Apple Remote, TwitterFon and WeatherEye are some useful free apps. 

If you are looking into paid apps, OmniFocus and Things work amazingly well with their Mac counterparts. I know lots of people love Tweetie, Beejive, Keynote Remote and others to name a few.

As for jailbroken apps, QIK, PDAnet, and Winterboard rule the crop. In the end it really depends on what you want to use your iPhone for. I think iFight is the only app you need. Get it while it&#039;s still free!! LOL</description>
