I was looking at home theater reviews today when I came across…this. I’m aware that there is no real limit to how much you can spend on anything. I mean, if you seriously wanted to, I’m sure you could spend even more but wow, blowing six million on a home theater is just…decadent. What does that buy you? Well, a projector that requires that Blu-Ray or HD-DVD discs be upscaled to reach the screen’s maximum resolution…as well as sixteen, (yes, that’s right…16) 18-inch subwoofers and a total of 35 amplifiers. Oh, and a 18×10 foot screen.
Dubbed “The Greatest Show On Earth”, this is probably as close as it gets without some theater seats and sticky floors.

ReplyThis is insane. It probably sounds amazing, but it looks junky instead of sleek. So much more could’ve been done with that $6 million.
