But You’re Not Supposed To Eat it

Beef iPod skin

Of course, it had to have come from Japan.

Have you ever thought to yourself “Damn, I wish my iPod looked…meatier.”? Well, if so, then this is definitely the iPod skin for you. In Japan, you can actually get a skin that looks like you covered your iPod with slabs of Kobe beef…for some reason. This is awesome for the “I want to cover my iPod with meat” demographic but even so, it costs…$70!? Geez, that’s like seven normal looking iPod skins. For that price, I could actually go buy a quality steak, cut it thin and use it to protect my iPod from scratches.

…although, to be fair, that steak…print looks well marbled and tasty.

$70 for that?! I have the new ipod nano but i didn’t bother getting a case for it cuz it’s pretty sturdy. I’m not much a perfectionist anyways so if it gets scratched, ill deal with it xD

Anything from Japan will cost a grip. I went on a tour there with my family 3 years ago.

  8. [...] I mentioned this a few months ago but never actually thought I’d see it sold anywhere but the weirdest of stores. Heck, I thought maybe they were just joking about a meat-print iPod skin. [...]
