It’s funny that I’d stumble my way back into this post, but I just thought I’d mention that the Cloverfield monster is not like Godzilla. It’s actually pretty original… I talk about it briefly in the Cloverfield movie review on my blog.

It’s not Godzilla, and the woman in the tent has this creature like burst out of her. Which probably means theres parasites and some s***. You can hear the sound effects too

Yeah, I saw that slowed-down clip. To me, the monster looks like Godzilla with pterodactyl wings. Did you notice the woman exploding in the tent in the second trailer?
