Left 4 Dead
I really need to find more time in the day. This is one of those “perfect storm” times of the year when tons of quality games come out and there’s simply not enough time to play them all. I saw a video for Left 4 Dead the other day and was convinced that [...]

Oh my, did anyone watch the Wild Card game today?
The Colts-Chiefs game was a snorefest since…seriously, the Chiefs have nothing on Peyton Manning and that offense but the Cowboys-Seahawks game was amazing. I can’t really decide if it was because of the big plays or the ridiculous misplays.
Tony Romo, one of the best stories of the 06/07 NFL season, fumbled the snap (which was a good snap, actually) on a 19-yard field goal that would’ve almost put the game away. Amazing. I couldn’t believe it as I was watching the game at the store. I felt so incredibly bad for Romo, who has his head down on the bench after he failed to scramble into the end-zone after botching the kick. Poor guy…his first post-season…heck, his first real season in the NFL and it ends like this.
Oh well…if he comes back from this, he has a great future. He’s got all kinds of talent…just no experience. That and Carrie Underwood is looking pretty good these days…

Did you see the fumble in the Cowboys’ endzone a few plays before that? It’s funny, because if that was ruled a touchdown instead of a safety, they might have still won. The last three or four minutes of that game turned into one big gong show for Dallas. A safety, two missed tackles, just shy of a first down, a botched field goal, and just shy of a first down (again).
