Dilbert Is So Accurate

I wasn’t aware you could get fired for posting a comic on an office bulletin board but apparently you can. Dave Steward, a supervisor at a casino in Burlington was fired for posting a Dilbert comic strip where Dilbert compares his bosses to drunken lemurs. Upon hearing the news, Dilbert cartoonist Scott Adams created a subsequent strip again poking fun at these moronic bosses.

Honestly, I can’t believe anyone would get fired for doing something like this. Firing an employee for a light-hearted attempt to lighten the dreary atmosphere of work just further proves that management is, in fact, stupid. Who on earth doesn’t at least jokingly believe their boss is an imbecile? I, on the other hand, am honestly convinced that my bosses are all a bunch of village idiots and the strip depicts but a fraction of their idiocy. A very small fraction.

Oh right, here’s the strips in question.

Dilbert, drunken lemurs, fired, Dave Steward

These are, of course, the property of Scott Adams and I got them off the official Dilbert website.
