I guess it's not $2-$3 per dish like the other cheaper dim sum places in the GVRD, huh? :) If you ever are in that area and feel like Thai food, DO NOT go to Royal Thai House just up the street from Kirin. Probably the worst place I've ever been for Thai. Food looks good.
