Dot Com Nando’s Chicken

So when John asked me around Wednesday what I thought about taking our weekly Dot Com Pho lunch to Nando’s Chicken this week, I said sure. I mean, I like peri peri as much as the next guy. However, I later learned that it was at the suggestion of someone who didn’t even show up! C’mon folks…if you’re going to request that we take a break from pho to visit a restaurant of your choosing, please at least come with us.

That being said, we still had a rather full house for Dot Com Pho this week as John, Michael Yurechko and I were joined by a number of folks that were new to our weekly lunch. This week, we talk about ADD (which I’m rather sure I have…), West Vancouver junk mail, we get serenaded by an acapella group singing Christmas carols and WTF is “work”?

If you’d like to join us for Dot Com Pho, we usually announce the Saturday meet-up location on Thursday or Friday. Next week, however, I will not be attending as I will be volunteering for REVscene Cares and will be collecting canned goods, clothing and toys which will be donated to Big Brothers, Greater Vancouver Food Bank, BC Children’s Hospital and BC Cancer Foundation. If you have something to give, I’ll be at the Richmond location on the 12th (but probably not the Coquitlam one on the 13th). There will be snacks and prizes on site!
