This week’s Dot Com Pho took place at the anti-thesis of Vietnamese restaurants. Pho Vancouver, or “Happy Pho” as most of the DCP crew call it, is home of the happiest proprietors in the business. It’s a stark contrast to some of the angrier places we’ve been. Actually, the whole place is clean and the food is hot and fresh. I was having some of the best food in my life in Japan when they had Dot Com Pho here the first time around and I’ve been nagging the guys to go since I saw the video.
Yes, I showed up late as usual but as I told the camera, when you stay out all night on Friday…that makes Saturday a bit tough to wake up for. The ticket sucks too but I’ve cheated the meters plenty of times so this sort of evens things out, I guess.
