So we discovered today that Michael apparently registered the domain dotcompho.com for some reason. I’m not sure why but we have thrown around the idea of us doing a weekly (or bi-weekly) video podcast or show or something to show the readers of all our sites the sort of idiocy that happens every week at Pho Lan. We showed a little bit about two months ago when we posted our first Dot Com Pho video. We threw around the idea of having a live network camera mounted on a pillar behind our usual table or simply recording the entire thing with the camera mounted on a lazy susan and then editing it later. Stephen Fung, John Chow, Leo Chiang and Greg Morgan (although he left early) were also present and will usually be in each episode.

Also, the “beautiful girls” story is entirely true. It happened one year when I was in Seoul for the summer. I don’t remember why it was brought up at Pho but…I guess it’s part of my legend just like John kills pandas with rocks.

…and I’m not gay. Sorry to disappoint you gentlemen…and Full House’s Uncle Joey.

I registered the domain in February. I didn’t know that John was going to mention it explicitly in the video, let alone have the domain overlaid on the video! The site still has the default Wordpress theme… it’d probably be a good idea to jazz it up a bit, eh?
