I mentioned Entourage in a post yesterday and I had someone ask me what’s so great about the show.

For the unbaptised, Entourage is the story of Vincent Chase, a up-and-coming movie star and his adventures in Hollywood with his three friends and his agent. Eric is the smart one, Vince’s manager who handles all of his affairs. Turtle is the moocher who scores chicks and cool stuff because he’s friends with Vince and Johnny Drama is Vincent’s washed up actor of a brother. Oh, and Ari is the power agent, played perfectly by Jeremy Piven, a role he won a Golden Globe for.

They party, they pick up girls, buy cool toys and party some more. Entourage is every man’s dream. It’s Sex and the City for dudes. These guys live what every guy wants which is what makes it such a great show. With great guest appearances by Val Kilmer and Gary Busey, hilarious dialogue and, of course, beautiful women, there’s no way this show could possibly be bad. If you haven’t be sure to check it out. Seasons one and two are available on DVD.
