That blog is just wrong. PPP should be nuking these left and right. Leaving them be means that they are as dirty as the bloggers that create these abominations!

I find this ironic because Lemmy, who has been kicked off many a forum, censors you guys, but when he’s the one getting censored, he cries fowl.

Lemmy doesn’t ignore the comments regarding his PPP flood. Quite the contrary: he takes the time to read them and then delete and/or edit them to fit his fancy.

I agree, what I meant was the only time John’s blog looked like it was flooded with sponsored posts was at the end of February when all the review requests came in. I also think its great that John turns down reviews unlike many many bloggers that take every opportunity to make an extra buck.

It’s quite a different situation. Yes, John had quite a few ReviewMe requests but he also has many, many “real” posts in between. He also doesn’t review things that aren’t relevant and…let’s face it, our ReviewMe posts are much more elaborate than a glorified 30-second commercial.

If all his readership is complaining via comments on the number of sponsored posts and he simply ignores it, well then hes shooting himself in the foot.

This same thing was happening on John’s blog as well but that was mainly due to the flood of review requests at the end of the month. It also helps that John has plenty of informative posts.

I don’t think I would mind if bloggers are reviewing stuff that is somewhat related; if I’m on a tech blog I dont want to read a review of a knitting book.
