In Japan, This Isn’t Weird

by Ed Lau on October 27, 2009

I don’t know exactly what that says…the fact that a dancing Stormtrooper is on the relatively normal side of a weird-o-meter. If you’ve spent any amount of time in Japan at all, nothing is really all that surprising.

If you feel inclined to do so, you can check out more videos of this Stormtrooper gettin’ down in various Tokyo locations on YouTube. I mean, what else are you going to do at work?

Well… to be fair – that guy’s a Chinese/British ex-pat who’s lived in London and Seattle who found that his eccentricities were suited to Tokyo

What’s even funnier is the guy walking across the street with a yellow bag wrapped around his foot.

Check out the last video “Tokyo Dance Trooper in Shibuya” at 1min 10 – He’ll cross the screen right to left.

Isn’t that Danny Choo? The famous designer’s son? Do a search, I believe that’s him :)
