I’ve been listening to this for a few days now the mash-up album’s release and while I still think Greg Gillis stumbled upon true greatness when he floated Jiggaman’s hot flow over Radiohead’s Paranoid Android, Jay-Z sounds pretty damned good over Coldplay as well. Maybe it’s just me but there’s a greater sense of drama with the softer beats, stark claps and remixed arena rock.
Not surprised since Viva La Hova came from Mick Boogie and Terry Urban, the minds behind the Notorious B.I.G. mixtape from early last year but since we have to wait awhile for The Blueprint 3, it’s a nice way to enjoy some of Hova’s classics.

I like Viva la Vida better.
Looks like something interesting I have to listen to it
The mash up is good but Jay Z should ACTUALLY work with coldplay and maybe save the rap industry lol
