Name Our New Site Contest Winner!
September 3rd, 2007 by Ed Lau |Michael and I set out a month ago to get a name for our new site by holding a little contest, giving away two Nanos, an 8GB to the person who comes up with the best domain name and a 4GB in a random draw. As we sift through the approximately 300 suggestions, we thought we’d do the random draw over the weekend at our weekly Dot Com Pho with so that everyone in attendance can verify that everything was on the up and up.
…however, any time all of us gather together somewhere, stupidity usually ensues first. This time was no different.
So congratulations! An e-mail will be sent out tomorrow to get the winner’s address and we’ll be mailing the iPod off as soon as we can. Thanks again to everyone for their participation and support. We’ll be sure to keep you all informed as to which domain name we pick and the winner of the 8GB Nano.
