That seems like a pretty good movie!
ReplyIt definitely didn’t live up to the hype of ‘the scariest movie ever’ – but there was some amazing marketing done by the studio. Everyone I know was talking about it.
Overall I liked it – I thought it was decent. I had watched the original, so it was good to compare (it originally came out on DVD in 07). There were a few differences, mostly stuff was cut down for the new release or re-shot with better effects. And the ending is different.
I’d give it a 7-8/10. I mean, the first hour is literally nothing.. but watching the last 30 mins in a theater with everyone cringing as each night starts – that open space and effect definitely makes it creepy because you have no idea what’s going on.
ReplyThey really turned a nice profit considering the paltry investment they made. I haven’t got a chance to see it, but I don’t think it will outdo Zombieland.
Replyif we are talking about paranormal then my country Indonesia is the best have this issue. you can easily find paranormal in every side road of the town…lol
ReplyBy the looks of it, and with all the comments it really doesn’t seem worth while at all, just love stories like these and the scarier the better, I think ill still check it out if and when it gets released here in South Africa.
ReplyStill haven’t had the chance to see it, but I did see Saw 6
