This is apparently extremely popular in Japan (and therefore, the intarwebs). It’s basically the punishment game where you pick cards and the lowest has to do something extremely stupid. The twist, however, is that it is in a library (probably not a real library although many YouTube knock-offs have done so in…actual libraries) so you can’t laugh. When I played this, laughing gets you a punishment as well.
There’s quite a few of these on YouTube now but this is what is generally regarded as the first. I don’t know what’s worse…being slapped in the face repeatedly or having to sniff “bad air smell”.
…although I am quite certain that “old man bites tenderly” is definitely the worst.
