Ken, try making carbonara. You still need some parmesan cheese but you can easily substitute any sharp cheese.

Cook up some pancetta (or some good quality bacon, sliced thick). Drain about half the grease. Let your pasta cool a bit. Beat an egg…shave some cheese into it. Pour egg mix into pasta. Mix. Pour pancetta and some of the melted fat into pasta. Mix. Add more parmasan.

Not many details there and it’s easy.

He’s right. Italy was too hot, expensive, no one ever works since they’re on strike all the time and in general, people were just being douches.

the place does look kinda funny with the white walls, but the food looks good…believe it or not I’ve never had anything with pesto….lol

both of these look so good .
I wish they had Real fast food places like these in the state’s.
