On our way to dinner, we made a bit of a stop at the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial in Taipei. I don’t know all that much about the gentleman and still don’t but it was worth seeing either way…mostly because we came across a great group of drummers performing for on-lookers.
Remember to check out the little bit after the credits. Yes, it’s Michael Kwan making an ass of himself…yet again.
There will probably be one or two more Taipei posts and then we’ll get moving to Tokyo, where I am right now. I’m loving the clean (well, cleaner), less humid air but I seem to be getting lost a lot even though I’m relatively experienced when it comes to Tokyo. I might need to purchase a GPS or something tomorrow since I’m phone-less here…or heck, maybe I’ll just go the survival way and get a compass.
