I admit I never heard this song before I played it in Guitar Hero III. I had a spot on my iPod after I did but I never even though of looking for the music video, really…which is ridiculous because it has to be the most awesome music video in the history of music videos. How awesome, you ask? Well, not only is Knights of Cydonia a totally rockin’ song with some totally sick guitar but it features cowboys beating the #*%& out of each other…with kung fu…and there’s holograms everywhere. It’s like someone made a Bruce Lee movie but…with cowboys instead. Yeah, I know you think that sounds freakin’ awesome.
Oh, and did I mention there’s unicorns, lasers and robots? Yeah, that’s enough to make your head explode isn’t it? Yeah, I’m almost sure the best part is that none of this makes any sense whatsoever.
