After he only got three entries for a t-shirt giveaway (I didn’t enter since…well, I already had one, or two), Michael Kwan is upping the ante by giving away an ADS Tech TV Tuner. That’s quite a jump from a t-shirt. It’s a tiny little USB TV tuner worth eighty bucks that would work quite well sizewize for folks with laptops.
