You’d think…
November 6th, 2006 by Ed Lau |…that this would be a photo-blog…but what we have here is a bit more. Of course, there will be pictures but from now on, look no further for your periodic fix of music, arts, politics, fashion or sports.
My name is Ed. Some of you may know me under a different name and some of you, I’m going to guess the majority, have no idea who I am. Well, this blog is my opportunity and privelege to change that. Born and raised in Richmond, British Columbia, I live and die by the Vancouver Canucks, Sleeman’s Honey Brown lager and immense amounts of rain.
I’m in…I can’t even remember how long I’ve been at UBC now but I’m in sociology. Some people ask me what I plan on doing with that and to be honest, I seriously have no idea but I enjoy it so I figure I’ll work on that part later. When I’m not at school or putting up with the world’s worst customers (oh, I’m sure I’ll rant about the horror of retail another time), I’m behind a camera.
I’m sure I’ll have ample time to tell you why I’m awesome another day but for now, let’s just leave the life story at that. Welcome and I hope you’ll enjoy reading as much as I enjoy writing.
